Yes, we employ a number of reputable authenticating services for each item. 
Do you offer payment plans?

Yes! We offer Affirm easy financing. You can access and set up your Affirm account payment for your transactions when you are in the 'cart' and 'checkout' process.
Customer support isn't getting back to me; what should I do?

We apologize for that, our customer support emails sometimes land in your spam or junk folder; be sure to add Just a Girl Finding Cool Stuff to your bookmarks and lists so you don't miss any of our emails. If you're still having trouble please notify us and we can resend any order notification to you right away. Contact us via email or send us a DM on our Instagram or Facebook pages.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?

When you place an order from our store, you can typically expect your items to ship within 2-4 business days. If you place multiple orders at the same time, our customer support staff will group them whenever possible. We will provide tracking the moment your order has shipped from Just a Girl Finding Cool Stuff and you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. 
Do you ship internationally? Are there taxes I'll have to pay?

Yes, we love to ship to our international customers! VAT tax is collected as well as any duties depending on your country's regulations. All USA orders pay tax for those residents living in the state of California, where our fulfillment center is located.

What is your return policy?

Due to the nature of the designer goods sold on this website, all sales are considered final unless there are issues related to damages in shipping or previously undetected flaws. For more information or questions concerning returns, please visit our Customer Support page.

Can I share your products with my social media fans and followers? 

Of course! We have an Influencer Program we are getting underway in the Spring of 2025 but you can find out all about it and contact us if you are interested. If you are a shopper and want to post a look wearing any of our items, we would love to see you posts!
